A Guy Is In Love With Me But I Don't Feel the Same

Anonymous said...
What do I do when a guy is in love with me but I don't feel the same way with him? He is a Catholic, but I don't want to waste my feelings for him and not on God. I still want to be able to talk to him but I don't want to be his girlfriend. He calls me his love and his life and his girlfriend, but I know that he's not the one and that I'm just not ready for that kind of love. God is saving me for something better, but I don't want to hurt this guy in search of it.
I'm really not ready for love. How do I tell him?

Beloved by Him said...
First of all, praise God that you are so dedicated to your walk with the Lord! It’s always a wise choice to pursue our relationship with God, instead of prematurely turning our affections toward the wrong person. You’ve got a head start on a very important truth: God must always take first place in our hearts. It doesn’t matter if you’re young and single, or grown and married with children. If we move our commitment to Him to a lower priority, everything else will be out of whack. Matthew 6:33 compels us to “Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.” You’re doing the right thing by guarding your heart and waiting on God’s timing—because His way is perfect (Psalm 18:30).

With regard to your friend, he is professing some very strong feelings for you, but it sounds like he’s confusing attraction for love. Real, God-given love does not insist on its own way, but is gentle and patient (I Corin. 13:4-5). Unless you have sent him some mixed signals, he should not be calling you his girlfriend. If he is saved, then he is a brother in Christ, and he needs to treat you with the same respect as he would treat his mom or his sister! If he’s not saved, then you really have to reconsider your friendship with him, because he is not filled with the Holy Spirit (Gal.3:28), and we as Christians are not to be friends with the world (James 4:4). Either way, while you can still be kind to him, you are probably going to have to maintain a healthy emotional distance from him, until his feelings start to cool.

Before you talk to him, look at some of the above scriptures, and pray and ask God to help you say the right thing. This is a good time to make a stand for your faith, and for yourself. You have every right, as God’s beloved young woman, to let him know that you are not going to compromise your beliefs for anyone. You might even be bold enough to let him know you already belong to someone—Jesus! Be respectful when you tell him these things, but don’t feel like you have to go out of your way to make him feel better. You might find yourself (innocently) trying to flatter him, which will make him confused. Your number-one priority is to please God (Gal. 1:10). If he is a friend worth keeping, then he will understand and back off. But if he doesn’t respect and accept what you say, then you will be able to see more clearly what he’s all about, which is himself, not God, and not you. Hopefully, he’s a true friend. If not, then you can feel confident that the Lord doesn’t want this person to have a prominent place in your life, and you need to move ahead without him.

My 16-yr-old Daughter is Not Pure Anymore

Anonymous said...
How to handle finding out your 16 yr daughter is partly not pure anymore. I haven't said anything to her yet. But My first reactin is to ground her and make her read verses all day. I'm so hurt by this
I'm having a hard time typin.
Please Help.

Beloved by Him said...
When a son or daughter sacrifices his or her purity, the loss is not just theirs, it’s also the parents’, particularly when it’s a Christian family that’s involved. A parent who walks with the Lord knows and understands more fully what a precious gift sexual purity is, and hopes that their child will guard and keep it for the person that God has chosen as the child’s future spouse. When that doesn’t happen, it’s totally normal for a parent to be angry, grief-stricken, worried, and disappointed (Prov.10:1, 17:25). This is when we have to cry out to Jesus for the help we need, for the child and for us. This is when we really learn about and lean on God’s love and faithfulness.

Make sure that before you confront your daughter, you have committed your spirit into the Lord’s hands. Get into the Word. Pray for the peace that passes understanding. Pour out your heart before Him. You need to do this now, and you’re going to have to do it many more times, because this is no quick-fix situation. Putting her in her room and having her copy Bible verses will not substitute for the loving relationship you can build with her, even if she fights and says she doesn’t want you or your rules. Determine like Paul did in Philippians 2: 17 that you are going to pour yourself out like a drink offering, so that the Lord can fill you and move in you by His Spirit. Pray especially for patience and longsuffering, which will be the ability to “bear up under” the pain and “put fury far off while suffering wrong”. And as difficult as it may be, purpose to be gentle when you talk to her. David said in Psalm 18:35 that “Your gentleness has made me great.” You need to reflect God’s face to her, not the flood of emotions that you are feeling. Ask God to give you the quiet and gentle spirit that is precious to Him (1 Peter 3: 4), and the right and fitting words to say (Prov. 25: 11). I know it may seem impossible! But remember, all things are possible with God (Matt. 19: 26).

You are going to have to find out from her, though it may be difficult for both of you, the extent of her actions. Was this a one-time event, or is she caught up in a cycle of bad behavior? Who else, if anyone, was involved? There are going to be some very uncomfortable moments, because, after all, this is a beloved child that we’re talking about. (Stop…breathe…pray) Don’t be surprised if what you already know is not all there is to know. Hopefully, she will be open to talking to you. Encourage her that the more honest she is, the more helpful it will be. Remind her that the Lord already knows, and has provided all the forgiveness she needs. Share Prov. 28: 13 with her, “Whoever covers his sins will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.” And you have to be prepared to give her mercy, too. Don’t turn her actions into shame or punish her unjustly. The Lord will show you how to discipline her so that it is profitable for her good (Hebrews 12: 10-11). When her confession is done, make sure that she knows you forgive her (Colossians 3:12-13), and that you will always love her, no matter what (Prov. 10:12, 1 Peter 4:8).

It is so important that even in this difficult time, you keep your eyes, heart, and hope set on Him. If you keep focusing on your daughter’s sin, you will become bitter, and will find it hard to resist the temptations to keep bringing it up, to stop believing the best about her, and possibly even to treat her with less respect. It’s very easy to allow unforgiveness to permeate our thoughts and actions, in the name of discipline or self-righteousness. Romans 3: 10 says, “There is none righteous, no, not one.” We know that we’re all sinners, but when it’s our child, we can incorrectly assume that their wrong actions mean that we’ve failed as a parent. If that were so, then God would be in the same boat, and of course He’s not. Your daughter made a wrong choice, and there will be consequences. Still, she is not her sin. If she is a Christian, then she is the righteousness of Christ (Phil. 3: 9), and God will use this for her good, because she is called to His purpose (Romans 8: 28), and He will be glorified in her. Choose to walk by faith, not by sight, and believe the best about her. Meditate on Scriptures that proclaim God’s promises for our descendants, such as Isaiah 54:13 and Prov. 22: 6. Most importantly, don’t give up. We are promised in Galatians 6:8-9 that if we don’t grow weary or lose heart, we will reap everlasting life. You are sowing seeds of God’s eternal love and faithfulness into this situation. Yes, you may sow in tears, but by God’s grace, you will reap in joy (Psalm 126: 5-6).

He Believes He is His Own God & Supports Satanism

Anonymous Writes... please help me sister. I have this friend who also happens to be an ex-boyfriend of mine. We didnt talk for ages and only started talking again this year? (broke up last year) He is VERY opinionated and believes that he is his own God and supports satanism. Being christian I wanted to help him and i've been trying to tell him about God. However he brings up hard questions like about how the kids in Africa are suffering and keeps saying why doesn't God save them. I try to answer but I'm not too sure myself. Me and him are only friends and I have boyfriend of 10 months. My boyfriend is willing to accept God and has tried to understand christianity. However when I see my ex-boyfriend (we have the same afterschool activities) we flirt. Does him picking me up and throwing me over his shoulder count as flirting? I have confesed to my boyfriend that I may like my ex and we tried to work it out. It worked until i went on a camp with my ex in the weekend. At night I went to a spare unit it get some sleep and he followed me an we slpet in the same bed. We did not have sex but we did french kiss around 5 times. I feel guilty and unGodly. I told my boyfriend today and he was very upset. He is also leaving to go overseas today and is coming back the day I leave to go overseas so we will not see each other for a month. How can I help my ex so he will get to know God? Was what I did very wrong? What should I do about me and my boyfriend? What should I do in general? Please help me

Trophy of Grace said...
I am soooo sorry for the delayed response. We have been inudated with the Christmas and family. Please forgive us..

Also, I am standing in for Saved by Faith today. My name is Trophy of Grace.

I pray that our Lord will give me the Words to help you. The first question I want to address is ‘How can you help your ex come to know God?’ I don’t believe that this is your job. This is the job of the Holy Spirit to give revelation to us of God’s love, mercy, and grace. You can not make anyone get to know God. You can only plant the seed or water it.

It seems to me that your ex has a blinder on His eyes and he is being stubborn and hard hearted. He does not want to know God. You said that he is into Satanism. This is the stronghold that is keeping his mind and heart captive.

2 Corinthians 4:4 Satan, who is the god of this evil world, has made him blind, unable to see the glorious light of the Gospel that is shining upon him, or to understand the amazing message we preach about the glory of Christ, who is God.

I think that you should stay away from him. This friendship is a tool in the hands of the enemy to try to confuse you and bring doubt in your mind about your faith and why you believe the way you do. He is trying to get you to question our Lord and His existence. This has always been the devil’s method of operation.

Colossians 2:3 Don’t let others spoil your faith and joy with their philosophies, their wrong and shallow answers built on men’s thoughts and ideas, instead of on what Christ has said.

Regarding the suffering in the world and why a loving God would allow is:

The suffering the world is the result of a falling world, sin is the reason for suffering, sickness, death. The wages of sin is death and sorrow. All of us are sinful, even babies are born with a sinful nature and will eventually grow and sin like everyone else. So no one is innocent. The only that was innocent and suffered was Jesus Christ and our All Knowing God allowed His own Son to suffer and cruel death for us all to have an opportunity to come to Jesus and be saved. He sacrificed His own Son for us. To deliver us from the consequences and final judgment that is coming upon this sinful and rebellious world.

I choose not to question our Lord and His ways, instead I trust Him and take Him at His Word which says that He works EVERYTHING out for our good. (Romans 8:28) No one likes suffering but I have seen our Lord change me and many others through the sufferings in our lives. These sufferings can bring us closer to God. At least they have for me.

One day all this sorrow will end and there will be no more tears and that is the day that all believers await. Until then we must trust our Lord and not allow foolish men to get us to doubt our Lord. Remember that God’s thoughts are so much higher than ours, His ways are not our ways.

Regarding your new boyfriend:

You said that he is not a believer but that he is willing to learn more about Christianity. That is good for him, however may I remind you that our Lord has told us not to be unequally yolked with unbelievers. He is not a believer yet..it seems to me that you are dating men that are not Christians. You are only going to find yourself with division in your relationships regarding your faith.

You have to first build your house on the Rock, Jesus Christ. Draw closer to Him. Read the Word constantly and go to church so that you are with other believers that believe the same as you do. Then once you are really rooted in the Word of God and He is your first love you can expect the Lord to bring you your mate. The one that is to be with you till death do your part. You are messing with all Mr.Wrongs.

Seek first the kingdom of God and all these things will be added to you sister..

God bless you.

My Mind Is Playin Tricks On Me

Anonymous writes: Hi. I'm new to this site, I came across while searching the web for scripture. It seems like a miracle, because just minutes ago I was praying for someone to talk about my problem.

I've been dating my boyfriend for a year and a half. He is so amazing, a Christian, our relationship is wonderful. We rarely fight and we respect each other and share in our love of the Lord. We planned to get married after college.

However, I've been struggling recently. Three nights in a row I've had the same dream about my ex-boyfriend, and I wake up feeling like I'm in love with him. As the day goes on I realize it was just what I was feeling in my dream, but it's made me question my relationship with my current boyfriend. I don't feel special to him anymore, and often I feel like I've been given the backseat to his new friends here at college. I don't know if my feelings and dreams are the devil playing with my head or God trying to tell me it's time to end my current relationship. I've been praying over this, but I still feel depressed and confused. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. God bless.

Saved By Faith responds: The enemy is very cunning and deceitful and will come at you every way possible. He knows your ties with the Lord are strong and that you and your boyfriend are both committed to God’s work… so the enemy attacks at your weakest… while you sleep. He is using your recent feelings about your relationship against you.

"The enemy boasted, 'I will pursue, I will overtake them. I will divide the spoils; I will gorge myself on them. I will draw my sword and my hand will destroy them.' Exodus 15:9

Don’t take heed to his distractions. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. (James 4:7) You said you don’t feel special to your boyfriend anymore. You said you feel like you’ve taken the backseat to his new friends… have you spoken to him about this? Relationships flourish with communication. Speak with your boyfriend. Be honest with him; let him know how you’ve been feeling lately. It could be something that he did unintentionally and didn’t notice. But the only way you’ll know is by talking with him. The bible says ‘the tongue has the power of life and death’ (Proverbs 18:21). NOT talking about something is just as harmful as hateful words.

2 Corinthians 6:7
in truthful speech and in the power of God; with weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left;

Relationships go through different avenues at times. As long as you keep the avenue of communication open, you will both be able to brave the journey successfully, together. Continue to pray for peace of mind. Also pray for the words to speak with your boyfriend, to conquer this obstacle in your relationship.

I will be praying for you.

Your sister,

Saved By Faith

I Like Him But He Says He Loves Me

A Friend Wrote: hi. im just ritin to u kuz u know i trst u not to say nutthin therez dis boy dat i like alot i met him in skool last year but like he always tell me he lovez me but i dnt feel that way wi him i dnt love him but i like him

Saved By Faith Replied: There is a big difference between liking and loving someone and I’m glad to hear that you know the difference between the two and don’t say “I love you” to just anyone. I know, as a teenager, emotions and hormones run wild and it’s so easy to get caught up in saying something you don’t really mean. Love is a very powerful word and should not be used lightly. He probably likes you (a lot) but thinks ‘love’ is the appropriate word for it. First thing’s first, be honest with him.

Let him know that you think he’s fun and you like hanging around him but you don’t love him. If he saying ‘I love you’ makes you uncomfortable, you have to let him know. Try to speak to him in a neutral, calm way. It’s always easier to get your point across when you speak out of love instead of harsh words.

Proverbs 16:24
Kind words are like honey—sweet to the soul and healthy for the body.

Being honest is always the best way to go.

Truth shall spring up from the earth, and righteousness shall look down from heaven. Psalm 85: 11

How Do I Tell Him That I Cheated?

Anonymous Asked: I need advice... I have been with my boyfriend over two year and in the past I have cheated on him twice. He has never cheated on me (that I know of) but I was upset at the fact that his ex would try to ruin our relationship and how he would say a lot to defend her.

I had trust issues because of that since the beginning of our relationship. We argued a lot and I found out he was hiding pornography behind my back. I felt betrayed and didn’t know what else he was hiding from me. We would break up for a couple weeks and then get back together again.

Both of the times that I cheated was while we weren't together and with guys I didn't know. The last time I cheated on him was over a year ago and since then our relationship has improved greatly because we have chosen to live obediently for the Lord.

Although we aren't rushing into marriage I feel that our relationship is heading in that direction but I feel a heavy burden knowing what I've done.

Should I confess to my boyfriend what I did and hope he forgives me? Or is it better to just move forward. I know that I cheated out of stupidity. I was trying to live my life without God and was out partying and drinking. It's a life I no longer desire and something I want to forget.

Reply: I think that technically, since you guys weren’t together during these actions, it’s not considered cheating. But at the same time, it’s something you’ve kept secret from him. Knowing your relationship is headed towards marriage, you want to know that the both of you are entering it with an open, honest, and trustful bond, just as you want your premarital relationship to be. God does not intend for us to harbor any feelings of guilt or shame. We must be honest in all facets of our lives... honest to the Lord; honest to ourselves; honest to others.

Deuteronomy 25:13-16
13 Do not have two differing weights in your bag—one heavy, one light. 14 Do not have two differing measures in your house—one large, one small. 15 You must have accurate and honest weights and measures, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you. 16 For the LORD your God detests anyone who does these things, anyone who deals dishonestly.

Let your boyfriend know about the time spent while you were broken up. Considering you were not together at the time, he should be forgiving. It might be difficult for him to handle at first so please be patient.

You might also want to look into couples classes through your church. Some churches have premarital classes that help form stronger bonds, clarify the roles and responsibilities of marriage and help you better understand the commitment required for this kind of union. This will help solidify your marriage.

I will pray for the Lord to give you the words to speak to your boyfriend and for him to have a loving and forgiving heart.

With Love,

Saved By Faith

How Do I Tell Them To Back Down?

Taylor Hale wrote... Hi. I'm almost 15, and there's this guy that I really like, and he's my best friend, but I also know that he likes me too. I don't have a problem with us not going out, but our friends do. It just gets kind of annoying. How do I tell them to back down?

Trophy of Grace answered... Taylor, I think you just need to go ahead and tell them just like that. “I need you guys to please back down”. Let them know that you don’t need the extra pressure from them and that it bothers you. When the time is right if it’s meant for you two end up together you will. However, that decision is one that should be made after prayerful consideration. If this young man is your best friend sometimes it can complicate the friendship when you decide to change each other’s title to girlfriend or boyfriend.

I think you're doing the right thing by being close friends first. If eventually you do end up together then your relationship has a better foundation then a lot of others. Take your time though. There is no reason to rush your life. Relationships are a lot of commitment. This is a time where you are learning to discover who you are and where you want to go in life. Now is when you should seek God’s face and ask Him what His will for your life is.

One of my favorite scriptures is Proverbs 3:5-6. It says, “ Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.” God’s will is always best for us because He has good plans for our lives, so we can trust Him.

I will be praying and your friends.

God bless you!

Sincerely,

Trophy of Grace

My Husband Looks Like He's Pregnant

Anonymous Asked... How do I tell my husband that he needs to work out? He looks like he has been pregnant with twins for 2 years now? I've tried to tell him..but He thinks he's hot!!

Answer... I think it’s great that your husband feels comfortable and confident with his body. :) If his weight has become an issue, try to approach the conversation differently. Instead of straight up telling him that he needs to hit a gym, try suggesting it to him in a loving way. Maybe it’s something that the two of you can do together? If you have a family to tend to, maybe it could be a quick set of sit ups at home. Or maybe a trip to the gym with any friends or family that already go.

Either way you have to reassure him that you love him, past and present… better or worse, thick or thin. Your love for him gives you a desire to look your best for him, pleasing to your husband. And loving, compassionate, compromising partners, he should desire to do the same for you… maybe a sit up or two. Or ten. Or two sets of ten. Daily. Not too much but something to get the blood pumping and motivate him to want to do more exercising on his own.

I’ve heard this subject is kind of touchy with married couples so I will pray the words that come to you are out of love and are genuine to his feelings. Best of luck!

He Cheats But Keeps Sayin All the Right Stuff

MySpacer Wrote: hey its me again well im going through a crazy brake up and i kno that i shouldnt go back with him because he cheated on me 2many times its just hard not to u kno i dont kno wat to do i love so much we have a kid 2getther but i dont want to go back to him he keeps sayin all the right stuff to me and i think im fallin 4it

Response: Hi. I know it's hard to break away from someone when you've invested so much emotion and time into him, especially if you have a child together. I was with my children's father on & off for 10 years. In that time he cheated almost constantly, we'd break up, he'd say all the right things and we'd get back together - for him to do the same thing again.

It takes courage and self control to break this cycle. One of the realizations that helped me see what I had to do was this... how can you make your child happy if you're not happy? God's blessed you with a child and it is your responsibility to provide a loving environment for him/her. Have the father's infidelities and all the arguments that come with that is not healthy, for anyone (you, him or the baby). Even at a young age, children can sense others' emotions.

Aside from being strong for your child, you also have to be strong for yourself. You are a child of God. You are more precious than gold. God's intended for you to be with someone that respects and loves you. You and your partner should have a monogamous relationship.

~ 1 Corinthians 13 ~
Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends.

Can you build a support chain with a couple of your friends or family members? Like, instead of calling him you call your specific friend instead. Pray for strength. Pray for endurance. Pray for God to help you make the right decision. Whether you're together or not, the both of you have the responsibility of raising your child. Now is the time, especially during hardships like this, when the TWO of you have to take your child into consideration first... before the "You" or "Me" comes into play.

I know it's a difficult time. I will pray for you in your time of need.

Dear Father God, please give her the strength and clarity she needs to make it through this situation. Please provide her with the means and motivation to make the right decisions for her and her child. Give her the opportunity to raise her child in a loving home with both parents active in his/her life.

How Can I Tell My Parents About My Boyfriend? Part 2

(Continued from How Can I Tell My Parents About My Boyfriend?)

Girl’s Reply: thanx for the advice but i dont if u understand..i like him alot i think i might even love him and i dont DO NOT want to break his heart and i no he feels the same.its not like my grades r slippping im just as focused on school as i waz when i didnt have a boyfriend.ok ill admite that my conshents is bother me about it and i hate keepng stuff from me parents because it always comes out ugly.how do i NOT break the boys heart and tell my parents its impossible =[ =[

Response: Why would you prefer to break your parents’ hearts as opposed to his? Knowing that they want the best for you, why do that to them? I know when I was younger I swore my parents didn’t understand what I was going through or what I wanted, especially if I liked a boy. But it wasn’t that at all… it’s that they’ve been there. They had the same questions and confusions when they were younger. And even if it seems like they don’t understand, they really do. And they’re speaking to you out of experience.

I know it sucks sometimes but you should really respect your mom & dad’s word. You’ll see a few days, weeks, or even years from now that they gave you good advice. They love you with all their hearts… they wouldn’t allow you to do anything that’s damaging to you.

Ephesians 6
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. "Honor your father and mother"—which is the first commandment with a promise—"that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth."

Colossians 3:20
Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord.

I hope you take the time and really think this through.

Lovingly,

How Can I Tell My Parents About My Boyfriend?

Anonymous Wrote: i really need ur help i have a big situation...i think im falling in love with a boy =] =[ the problem is im not allowed 2 have any boy friends but i made an exception for him. i just wish my parents would no that im wise enough to have and handle a boyfriend i really want to tell them and my boyfriend want me to 2 but i just cant so that. Its like when i talk to them about boy or even try to they dont listen to every thing. all they listen to is the boyfriend part i say… they may not no that but i no...plezz help what do i do!!

Answer: I think there are two topics that should be covered with your question… one being the relationship and the second being the deception with your parents.

Relationships should not be taken lightly and require a lot of the people involved. For this reason, I believe dating should wait until you’re older, more mature. There are so many situations that come up by being in a relationship and waiting until you are more seasoned in life, and in the word of God, will help you handle them better. Give yourself time to grow physically, mentally and spiritually. Allow God to work in your life and in God’s time, He will bring you a relationship that will be undeniable to anyone.

Your parents are well aware of what goes into a relationship and how important it is to mature before getting into one. They also understand the importance of focusing on school and preparing for a career. But most importantly, communication with your parents is very important. Having parents that love you and are by you is such a great gift. And understanding that they have your best interests at heart is something you should realize and respect. Even though you don’t necessarily agree with them, you should honor and respect your parents’ wishes. Trust in the Lord and pray for His help in obeying your parents.

Together for 2 Yrs and I Can't Trust Him

QUESTION: HEY LADIES HOW ARE YOU LONG TIME NO SPEAK WELL HERE I GO

WELL THERE IS THIS I BEEN WITH FOR 2 YEARS ON AND OFF AND WE FINALLY ARE TRYIN TO GIVE A CHANCE FOR THE LAST TIME BUT HE DOESN'T TRUST ME AND I DNT TRUST HIM. WHEN WE TRY TO HOOK UP THERE'S ALWAYS A EXCUSE ABOUT HIM BEING BUSY. I'VE SEEN HIM TALK TO GIRLS AND GIVE HIS NUMBER OR TAKIN NUMBERS FROM THEM AND I'M GOIN THRU A LIL DOWN FALL BUT WHEN I CAN ALWAYS HELP HIM WHEN I CAN BUT I CAN'T SAY I CAN RELY ON HIM SO WHAT DO U THINK I SHOULD DO

ANSWER: Trust and communication is important in a relationship and it sounds like your relationship is lacking both. I know you’ve invested 2 years into something with him but I don’t think it’s healthy and sound. A couple of pointers that you should tell yourself everyday:

* You are a cherished treasure. (Deuteronomy 14:2) You are a wonderful creation in our Father’s eyes and should be blessed beyond measure. His intention is for His children to be filled with the Holy Spirit and happy. Strengthening your relationship with Christ will help accomplish this.

James 1:17-18
“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created.”

Jeremiah 29:11-13
“God has a wonderful plan for your life if you will only surrender your will to His.“

* God has designed someone to be with you and in His time, He will bring you together. It is so easy for us to react based on our emotions but be careful… emotions can be very deceiving! Pray and be patient. Allow God to place your intended partner in your life, a man that loves God and will love and honor you.

* Trust is pivotal in every relationship…family, friends and love. Without trust and communication, there is no foundation for that relationship. God intended us to have healthy, sound relationships with Godly people. People whom put God first, read the bible, and follow his commands. Establishing these kinds of friendships will have you realize day after day, how important trust and honesty is. You need uplifting relations! Friendships that draw near to God and praise Him… rejoice in His delights… and value you as you are.

Leviticus 19:11
"… Do not lie. Do not deceive one another.”

Hebrews 10:22
”let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water”

Deuteronomy 7:12
If you pay attention to these laws and are careful to follow them, then the LORD your God will keep his covenant of love with you, as he swore to your forefathers.

I hope that you take some time to yourself, get to know YOU again. Realize that you are so precious and deserve so much more than mistrust and deception. Pray. Draw closer to God. He will deliver you from this and bring you to a love that you will cherish forever.

James 4:8
Proverbs 3:5-6
1 Chronicles 16:34

He Liked My Friend, And Now He Wants to Date ME

Anonymous Asks:Thats really cool that you do that...well I need some advice then. What do you think about this meesage and mind you that I barely know this guy. It was my friends long lost friend , they just meet up back tohether a couple months ago and he was all like all about her and then saw me and wants me to be his girlfriend. I don't trust it as far as I can throw it but heres the message. Write me back so I can see what your opinon is.

Thanks a lot

ANSWER:I never got the message.. but based on what your telling me my advice to you would be this:

If you don't trust it your probably right. Remember this is your friend and you shouldn't ruin your friendship over an untrustworthy guy. To me (and this is only my opinion based on what you just told me) this guy is moving a lil too fast.

Try to maintain a friendship with him if thats possible. Dont jeopardize your relationship with your friend. I really cant give you an in depth answer without seeing the message.
